This dry white Chardonnay from the Kasnyik family winery showcases a complex and elegant expression of the variety. The production process involved spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, followed by eight months of aging on the lees in used barriques. Through the batonnage method (lees stirring), the wine gained a fuller body, more intense aromatics, and a characteristic creamy texture. A significant benefit for sensitive consumers is that this is a low-histamine wine.

The aroma is elegant, dominated by notes of ripe white fruit. On the palate, the wine feels noble, clean, and mineral, with the tasting experience culminating in a long and impressive finish. This is a wine with great potential that will appeal to those seeking depth and structure in white wines.
