This dry white organic (BIO) wine from the Kasnyik family winery represents a unique style of natural Riesling. The grapes ripened in a 20-year-old vineyard on the Kalvária hill. The distinctiveness of this wine lies in its vinification – the grapes underwent a 4-day maceration on the skins, fermented spontaneously in oak barrels, and subsequently aged for 9 months on the lees in used barriques. The wine is produced using traditional methods without additives, remaining unclarified and unfiltered. Thanks to this gentle approach, it boasts minimal sulfur content and nearly zero histamine.

It features a straw-yellow color and a bold aroma dominated by subtle citrus-orange notes. Despite the skin contact, the wine is remarkably elegant and balanced. On the palate, it is rich with a pronounced structure that harmoniously complements its natural character.

Serving: at a temperature of 9 – 12 °C, perfectly paired with fish, seafood, as well as veal or other white meats.

Contains SULPHITES.
