For every purchase you make, you’ll earn credits that you can later use as a discount on future orders.
The system is simple – the more you shop, the more credits you earn, the more benefits you get.

•    How to earn credits

With every order you place, you automatically earn bonus credits for your next purchases.
For every €0.10 spent, you receive 1 credit.
The value of 1 credit when used on your next order is €0.01.
To earn credits, you need to be a registered customer. Credits are added to your account once your order is shipped.

•    How credits are calculated

Credit value is calculated separately for each product.
Credits are earned for every €0.10 of a product’s price, rounded down.
For example, if a product costs €2.99, credits are calculated based on €2.90.

•    Credit validity

Earned credits are valid for 60 days from the shipment date of your most recent order.
If another order is shipped within 60 days (even if you don’t use your credits), their validity is extended by another 60 days, and new credits from that order are added.
This way, you can save up your credits and later use them for a larger order or several smaller ones.
Even when you use credits to pay, you still earn new credits – based on the paid portion of your purchase.
You can also gift your credits to another registered user.

•    Where to check your credit balance

Log in to your account on our e-shop and open Account Management.
Here you can view your order history and your current credit balance.

•    How to redeem credits

Add your desired products to the cart.
After clicking the cart icon, you’ll see your current credit balance and a field where you can apply your credits below the list of products.

•    Gifting credits – how it works

If you’d like to gift credits to another user, log in to your e-shop account, open Account Management, and click Credit Management.
Enter the amount of credits to gift and the username or email address of the recipient.

•    Credit expiration

We’ll notify you in advance via email before your credits expire.
