This dry varietal white wine from the Kasnyik family winery was harvested from a 12-year-old vineyard on the Predný vrch hill. The production process respected the raw material to the fullest – spontaneous fermentation took place in oak barrels, followed by ten months of aging on the lees in used barriques. The wine is bottled in its natural state, remaining unclarified and unfiltered.

It is characterized by a distinctive varietal expression enhanced by wood aging, which provides depth and stability. This is an authentic wine from Strekov that preserves its natural structure and mineral character typical of the local terroir.

Serving: at a temperature of 11 – 12 °C, perfectly paired with seafood dishes or goat cheese.
