This elegant dry white wine comes from a family winery in Strekov, produced with deep respect for nature and traditional winemaking. The grapes ripened in a 9-year-old vineyard on the Predný vrch hill. The production process involved spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, followed by 9 months of aging on the lees in used barriques. The wine features a full golden color and a harmonious aroma where notes of ripe butter pears, biscuits, and meadow flowers blend with subtle nuances of oak.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy with an elegant structure and fresh acidity. Fruity notes are complemented by touches of minerality, creating a complex and noble expression. It is an honest wine from Strekov that will appeal to lovers of authentic white wines aged in wood.

Serving: at a temperature of 10 – 11 °C, perfectly paired with roasted chicken, buttered fish, creamy sauces, or mushroom risotto.
