After relaunching production in 2016 and serving the first draft in 2017, it has grown into a craft microbrewery that blends authentic beer production with a welcoming restaurant atmosphere.

With an annual capacity of around 1,000 hectolitres, the brewery focuses on unfiltered, unpasteurized beer crafted from local ingredients: Hana-region malt and Zatec hops, complemented by a touch of oat malt for added creaminess. This straightforward approach ensures freshness, full flavour, and retention of natural nutrients.

Visitors appreciate the transparency of production - brewing happens on-site and can be directly observed. The brewery’s restaurant, event hall, and taproom - under the name Mestanska beseda - serve as a hub for cultural and community events, from concerts and lectures to family gatherings.
