This dry white organic wine comes from the Predný and Stredný vrch vineyards in Strekov. The wine is produced using traditional methods without the use of selected yeasts, enzymes, or other additives. After 24-hour skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation took place in oak barrels, where the wine then aged for 8 months on the lees in used barriques. It is bottled in its natural state, unclarified and unfiltered, maintaining a low histamine content.

The wine features a brilliant yellow-gold color of medium intensity. Its elegant and subtle aroma is dominated by white fruit and apricot blossom, complemented by delicate mineral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with pleasant acidity and a characteristic creaminess gained from aging on the lees. It is an authentic and balanced Grüner Veltliner with a clean varietal profile.

Serving: at a temperature of 10 – 12 °C, it pairs excellently with traditional Central European cuisine, veal schnitzel, or light fish dishes.
