Bird Valley Distillery

Bird Valley Distillery or Pálenica vo Vtáčom údolí was established in 2010, in order to satisfy the growing demand for 100% fruit distillates. BVD is dedicated exclusively to the production of real distillates and belongs to jewels of Slovak distillery production. They took a crucial step and returned to Slovak traditions with their recipe. Thanks to this step, they are currently highly appreciated in many domestic and foreign competitions. They spent many months searching for the most suitable varieties of fruit, process method as well as the development of original technological procedures, which made them a top on the market.

The increased interest in craft distillates could by explained as a revival of the choice for quality alcoholic beverages and growing consumer awareness in Slovakia as well as abroad. BVD distillates are thus determined for selected gastronomic businesses, specialised delicatessens and consumers who care about the quality.
