Furthermore, it is a vegan and low-histamine wine, which, thanks to its minimal histamine content, offers a premium experience that is very gentle on the body.

Its rich, fruity aroma reveals a beautiful and captivating fusion of overripe tropical fruit and delicate linden blossom. The full, complex, and harmonious flavor is perfectly balanced by a juicy acidity. The wine acquired its unique character, exceptional texture, and depth through a four-month aging process in concrete eggs on the fine lees (sur lie method).
