Pomfy Riesling 2024 | White Dry Wine

An exclusive dry white wine that immediately catches the eye with its bright, golden-yellow color and a subtle smoky hint. The production process included 18 hours of grape maceration at 15 °C with a small addition of rare botrytised grapes (cibéby). Spontaneous fermentation took place in an acacia cask and a concrete egg for 21 days at 16 – 21 °C. The wine then matured for 8 months on the fine lees, including two months of sur-lie aging, and was bottled unfiltered to preserve its authentic depth.

Its complex aroma captivates with layers of ripe apricot, acacia blossom, and delicious honeyed notes, complemented in the background by dried raisins and elegant minerality. The palate reveals a long, spicy-floral flavor firmly supported by juicy Little Carpathian acidity, minerality, and the texture of apple pulp.

Serving: at a temperature of 12 °C with grilled chicken, roasted fish, thick creamy soups, or medium-aged cheeses.
