A top-quality dry white wine that immediately catches the eye with its brilliant yellow-green color and a bright green tint. This exceptional Riesling boasts a certified organic (BIO) status, while also being a vegan and low-histamine wine, making it very gentle on the body.

Its attractive aroma reveals a captivating fusion of tropical fruit, fresh lime, and sweet pineapple. The rich flavor stands out with distinct minerality and a firm structure, followed by a juicy, long-lasting finish. The wine acquired these unique characteristics, harmonious complexity, and fullness through honest three-month aging in large oak casks.

Serving: at a temperature of 12 °C with sea fish, light summer salads, poultry, or Asian dishes.
