Kasnyik rodinné vinárstvo Frankovka modrá 2021 | Red Dry Wine

This dry red organic (BIO) wine from a family winery in Strekov is produced using traditional methods without the use of selected yeasts, enzymes, or other additives. The grapes were harvested from the Góre vineyard, from a young, 6-year-old vine. Spontaneous fermentation took place on the skins for 14 days in vats, followed by 16 months of aging on the lees in used barrique barrels. The result is an unclarified and unfiltered wine with an authentic character.

The intense aroma is dominated by notes of ripe red fruit and wild berries, complemented by distinct minerality. The palate is fresh, delicious, and harmonious, with a typical varietal expression. Thanks to gentle processing, the wine retains its natural structure and depth.

Serving: at a temperature of 16 – 18 °C, perfectly paired with spiced poultry, grilled steaks, pasta, or blue-veined cheeses.
