This dry red organic wine is an elegant blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from the Kasnyik family winery. Produced using traditional methods without selected yeasts, enzymes, or other additives, the wine remains unclarified and unfiltered. The grapes were grown in the Predný vrch vineyard, and after spontaneous fermentation in vats, the wine aged for 20 months on the lees in used barrique barrels. 

It features a dark, almost opaque red color. The rich aroma combines notes of ripe dark berries and plums with subtle hints of coffee and tobacco. On the palate, it feels fresh and juicy, with a prominent expression of ripe dark fruit. This is a complex and characterful cuvée that embodies the unique signature of the Strekov terroir.

Serving: at a temperature of 16 – 18 °C, it perfectly complements grilled steaks, spiced poultry, pasta, or blue-veined cheeses.
