Pomfy Semillion - X line 2024 | White Dry Wine

A premium dry white wine, immediately captivating with its bright golden color and exceptional clarity. In its production, great emphasis was placed on detail – it acquired its elegance, depth, and beautifully balanced structure through precise maturation in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees, followed by aging in large-volume oak casks.

The glass opens with a subtle yet multilayered aroma of honeydew melon and fresh citrus, elegantly complemented by noble notes of cedar wood and a delicate minerality. On the palate, it feels fuller, powerful, and complex. The flavor profile accurately mirrors the rich aromatic nose, enhanced by notes of sweet floral honey and supported by a more pronounced, juicy acidity that gives the wine perfect freshness and a long finish.

Serving: at a temperature of 10 - 12 °C with roasted pork, chicken specialties in cream sauce, seafood, or matured semi-hard cheeses.
