Žufánek Meruňkovica 45% | Apricot Distillate

Žufánek Meruňkovica is a refined apricot brandy with 45% ABV, crafted through triple distillation of fully ripe apricots. To produce one litre of this spirit, around 13 kg of juicy apricots are used, resulting in a rich, intense aroma reminiscent of homemade apricot jam. Despite its sweetness, it remains a clean and elegant distillate.

At lower temperatures (around 8°C and below), slight cloudiness may appear due to precipitation of aromatic oils — a natural sign of its high-quality fruit content. Best enjoyed at 10–16°C, the apricot brandy unfolds its full bouquet of fruit and elegance. Perfect as a digestif, a refined toast, or as a gentle component in premium cocktails.
