Žufánek Slivovica 50% | Plum Distillate

Žufánek Slivovica is a refined plum spirit with 50% ABV, crafted from eight different varieties of plums grown in Žufánek’s own organic orchards in the White Carpathians. Each plum variety is fermented and distilled separately to preserve its unique aromatic and flavour character. After distillation, the separate lots are blended into a cuvée that matures for 8–12 months in stainless steel vats, giving the spirit its balanced and harmonious profile.

On the nose, expect juicy plum aromas with hints of stone fruit and orchard freshness. The palate delivers a clean plum flavour, subtle sweetness, ripe fruit tones and a slight nutty undertone. At lower temperatures (around or below 7 °C), slight clouding may occur due to the precipitation of aromatic plum oils — a natural sign of quality. Best enjoyed between 10–18 °C to reveal its full complexity.
