Žufánek Višňovka 20% | Sour Cherry Liqueur

Žufánek Višňovka is a gently sweet liqueur with 20% ABV, crafted by macerating fresh cherries for three months in ultra‑pure spirit. After maceration, the cherries are distilled, and the resulting cherry distillate is blended back into the liqueur to create a full, natural cherry character. The entire process uses only natural ingredients — no artificial flavours or colourings — giving a pure and authentic cherry taste.

On the nose, you’ll sense ripe cherry fruit with subtle spice touches. The flavour is well-balanced, fruity and lightly sweet, with a sophisticated port-wine-like finish. Serve it best between 10–18 °C to enjoy its full aromatic depth and smooth finish. This liqueur works beautifully as a digestif, or chilled in cocktails to add genuine cherry richness.
