The backbone of this fruit spirit is fresh, carefully selected plums sourced from local orchards in the Záhorie region and South Moravia. The fruit is handled in pristine condition, completely free from any artificial additives or chemicals. The key to maintaining a premium standard is lightning-fast processing – exclusively healthy fruits enter the mash on the exact day of harvest. The entire fermentation and subsequent distillation process is strictly and thoroughly supervised by master distiller Vierka, ensuring the highest quality of every batch.

Honest ingredients are backed by the second most important factor, which is patience. Before bottling, the spirit rests for a full 12 months in stainless steel tanks, entering a phase of natural maturation. During this year, any initial sharpness fades, the edges soften, and the flavors integrate flawlessly. The result is a traditional yet remarkably smooth and finely rounded plum spirit (slivovica) with a full fruity body and a clean, deep aroma. To optimally appreciate its rich profile, serving at room temperature is highly recommended. Chilling below freezing point may cause a slight haze due to natural aromatic oils solidifying, which carry the authentic flavor and serve as proof of honest, natural production.
