Žufánek Plum Spirit aged in oak barrels is a golden plum spirit with 45% ABV, matured in charred oak casks. The barrels impart gentle woody and vanilla notes that complement the natural plum character, creating a smooth and elegant profile. During ageing, part of the alcohol naturally evaporates, known as the “angel’s share,” highlighting the exclusivity of each batch, which is limited to 225 l.

On the palate, rich plum flavours combine with subtle oak and vanilla tones, accompanied by a delicate warming spice. The golden colour reflects its time in the oak cask. Serve best between 10–18 °C to fully enjoy its layered aromas and flavour. This aged plum spirit is ideal for connoisseurs and collectors who appreciate traditional craftsmanship and barrel maturation.
