Hyde No.8 Heritage Cask 43% is a special Irish whiskey blending 75% single grain matured in first-fill bourbon casks and 25% single malt matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The blend is then finished for six months in Irish stout casks, giving it a unique character and subtle sweetness. The stout itself is aged for three months in first-fill American white oak bourbon casks, adding depth and aromatic complexity.

On the nose, it displays a full-bodied malty aroma with notes of vanilla and roasted coffee beans. The palate is sweet, hoppy, with biscuit flavors and a distinctive roasted coffee bean twist. The finish is long, smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with caramel undertones.
