Hyde No.7 President’s Cask 46% is an Irish single malt whiskey triple distilled in a traditional copper pot still from 100% malted Irish barley at a single distillery location. It matures for at least six years in carefully selected Oloroso sherry hogshead casks from Cadiz, Andalusia, imparting sweetness, depth, and a complex character.

On the nose, it reveals peaches and cream, vanilla, soft barley malt, honey, caramel, chocolate, citrus, and subtle spice notes. The palate is smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity, with flavors of caramel, Manuka honey, apricot, plum, and a silky malt texture. The finish is rich, spicy, and oaky, lingering long and warm.
