Rodenbach Classic is a traditional Flanders Red Ale crafted from a blend of 75% young beer and 25% aged beer matured in oak foeders. Its mahogany color with ruby highlights is complemented by aromas of caramel, plums, cherries, dried fruit, and subtle baked apple notes.
The taste begins with a gentle tartness, evolving into a smooth, slightly sweet finish with lasting fruit and caramel undertones. Rodenbach Classic is a well-balanced, complex ale perfect for pairing with slow-cooked dishes, stews, or simply enjoyed by enthusiasts of traditional Flanders Red Ale.
