This top-fermented, filtered beer matures for several weeks to develop its full complexity. It showcases a deep amber colour, a rich malt backbone and is brewed using the brewery’s exclusive yeast strain, preserved for generations. Despite its high strength, it remains refined and thoughtfully balanced.

On the palate, Bush Caractère delivers a blend of caramel sweetness, gentle bitterness and a warming finish. Flavours of ripe fruit, banana, caramel and Belgian candy sugar are complemented by a faint touch of licorice. The texture is smooth and velvety, enhancing its strong yet harmonious character.
