Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 from Vinum Nobile is a late-harvest wine with a deep ruby colour and an expressive aroma dominated by blackcurrant and a gentle hint of vanilla. The bouquet is elegant and refined, shaped by careful maturation in stainless-steel and later in wooden barrels.

On the palate, the wine is structured and well balanced, showing characteristic notes of green pepper and poppy seed pods. Its complexity is supported by meticulous production: hand harvesting, gentle berry separation, extended fermentation and long maturation in both stainless-steel tanks and barrique barrels. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers a long, distinctive finish and a noble varietal character.

Serving: at 14 - 16 °C, with beef, game, aromatic cheeses or dishes with rich dark sauces.
