This Cabernet Sauvignon from Gbelce in Southern Slovakia represents an exceptionally full-bodied and structured red wine. Thanks to twelve months of aging in large oak barrels, the wine has gained complexity and elegance while maintaining its natural varietal character. From the first contact, it captivates with a seductive aroma of small forest fruits, which seamlessly transitions into a rich taste experience.

The palate is dominated by a distinct trace of black currants, complemented by a firm structure of its own tannins. This dry berry selection (bobuľový výber) is characterized by a long and harmonious finish, blending the power of the Southern Slovak sun with the subtle influence of oak wood. It is a wine that combines nobility with depth, making it an ideal companion for festive dining or bold meat dishes.

Serving: at a temperature of 16 – 18 °C, with roasted duck, spicy venison preparations, blue-mold cheeses, or grilled steaks.
