Vinum Nobile Winery Alibernet 2016 | Red Dry Wine

Alibernet 2017 from Vinum Nobile is a late-harvest wine with a deep purple colour and an enticing aroma reminiscent of raspberry and blackberry jam. Its warm, southern-style character reveals itself instantly through rich notes of dark berries and subtle floral undertones.

On the palate, the wine is full, concentrated and beautifully structured. Flavours of black elderberry and dark chocolate dominate, supported by hints of oak from its time spent in both stainless-steel tanks and later in wooden barrels. The careful production process – hand harvesting, gentle berry separation, extended fermentation and lengthy maturation – contributes to its complexity and long-lasting finish.

Serving: at 14 - 16 °C, with beef, game, blue cheeses or dishes with rich dark sauces.
