Pereg Rubinus is a fruit wine with the colour of the gemstone it is named after. It was created through the gentle processing of blackcurrants, which allowed it to retain its extraordinary sparkle not only in its deep hue but also in its aroma and taste. The beverage feels fresh and playfully youthful, with its aromatic profile dominated by notes of blackcurrants, blackberries, pomegranate, and raspberries. The overall impression is enhanced by a very subtle, tingling sparkle that adds lightness and dynamics to the wine.
