This semi-sweet white organic wine comes from the Predný vrch vineyard, managed under ecological regulations. The grapes were processed using traditional methods without selected yeasts, enzymes, or other additives. The wine underwent 24-hour skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation, after which it remained unclarified. A significant benefit is the very low histamine content.

The wine features a medium-intensity golden color. Its elegant aroma is built on the dominance of white fruit and apricot blossom. On the palate, it feels semi-sweet yet maintains freshness and juiciness. This is a noble natural wine that combines the richness of residual sugar with the typical Strekov character.

Serving: at a temperature of 11 – 12 °C, it perfectly pairs with seafood dishes, goat cheese, or lighter desserts.
