An exclusive semi-sweet white wine from the premium Selection range, representing a masterful cuvée of three excellent grape varieties. This unique blend of 89% Chardonnay, 10% Grüner Veltliner, and 1% Rhine Riesling offers a truly unforgettable experience. The wine presents itself in the glass with a beautiful, rich golden-yellow color.

Its intoxicating aroma is pleasantly intense, dominated by gorgeous notes of ripe mango, tastefully complemented in the background by delicate almonds and elegant grapefruit-nutty undertones. Despite the higher residual sugar, the palate remains remarkably fresh, with a dominance of rich fruity and spicy notes. These are perfectly supported and balanced by the natural residual sugar, giving the wine a full body and a long, delicious finish.

Serving: at a temperature of 12 °C with sweet and spicy Asian dishes, foie gras, fruit desserts, or blue-veined cheeses.
