This classic Mosel Riesling comes from steep slate slopes with southern exposure, providing the vines with ideal conditions for slow ripening. It is the unique combination of a cool climate and mineral subsoil that allows the grapes to develop a complex character while maintaining the renowned lively acidity. Vinification takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation is halted by cooling to preserve the natural residual sugar and the fresh fruity expression typical of this world-famous winery.

The appearance is a brilliant golden yellow with greenish highlights. The nose offers a harmonious palette of citrus fruits, particularly lemon and lime, complemented by notes of apricot, passion fruit, and a subtle honeyed touch. The palate is characterized by elegance and balance, dominated by green apples and peaches with a pleasantly sweet opening. Mineral notes in the finish, together with precise acidity, create a refreshing and clean impression, making this wine a true showcase of the modern Mosel Valley style.
