Ridgeway Brewery

Not far from the ancient Ridgeway Road, which winds its way through southwest England past Stonehenge, a new brewery of the same name was founded in 2002 by brewer Peter Scholey. Peter Scholey, owner and head brewer of Ridgeway Brewery, uses only whole hop flowers in his beer, saying that this is what makes a good beer great. The beer is bottled with live yeast, so it undergoes further fermentation in the bottle, retaining a more direct and fresh taste.
