Similar to the apple special in this lineup, the apricot mash undergoes a slow triple distillation under the strict supervision of master distiller Vierka, ensuring remarkable purity and brightness.

Time plays an integral part in forming the final character, as the spirit rests and matures naturally for a full 12 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This period allows the liquid to soften, deepen, and shed any sharp edges.
