Its complexity comes from secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating layers of caramel, dark malt and fruity esters reminiscent of ripe banana. A thick, creamy head forms with every pour, leaving beautiful lace traces on the glass as you drink.

The flavour is rich and well-balanced, combining subtle sweetness of caramel and dried fruit with a gentle bitterness from six European hop varieties.
