Sofia Electric Tram Rider 500ml CAN

Sofia Electric Brewing Tram Rider | New England India Pale Ale

A juicy New England IPA named Tram Rider, created by the brewery as a tribute to the trams that rank among the best ways of urban transport in Sofia. The carefully designed recipe combines barley malt, wheat, and oats, giving the brew its characteristic velvety texture and pleasant cloudiness. A diverse blend of Callista, Superdelic, Mosaic, Citra, and Citra BBC hop varieties ensures a complex and layered hop profile.

The rich, fruity aroma is dominated by intense notes of tropical fruit, ripe berries, citrus, and a subtle sweet, candy-like undertone. The flavor profile beautifully mirrors this vibrant nose, delivering a full, smooth, and pleasantly creamy body with a minimal, well-integrated bitterness. The final result is a perfectly balanced, juicy special that offers outstanding drinkability despite its higher strength, leaving a long, fruity finish.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, WHEAT, OATS, hops (Callista, Superdelic, Mosaic, Citra, Citra BBC), yeast.
