Neolithic Flash represents a unique hop special created as an international cooperation between Prague's Sibeeria and Zagreb's Mlinarica Brewery. The main idea behind this exceptional brew was to craft a beer that completely defies classic style boxes and definitions. The foundation of the recipe is the use of einkorn, an ancestor of modern wheat. This ancient grain is among the oldest known agricultural crops and provides the beer with a fluffy, light, and slightly biscuit-like malt body along with a very distinct cloudiness typical of unfiltered beers.

The breweries successfully brought this ancient ingredient into the modern era by using special New England IPA yeast and intensive dry-hopping with selected Vera, Citra, and Idaho 7 varieties. Hops enrich the beer with prominent tropical notes of citrus and sweet pineapple, while the bitterness remains very gentle and decent. The alcohol content is pleasantly low, ensuring great drinkability, yet the airiness and smooth texture of a classic wheat beer are fully preserved. The result is a fascinating, complex, and highly refreshing beer full of contrasts, merging history with modernity.
