Sofia Electric Grandma´s Kite 500ml CAN

Sofia Electric Brewing Grandma´s Kite | New England India Pale Ale

An exceptionally juicy and flavorful NEIPA that stands out with its modern and intense hop profile. This brew was heavily dry-hopped with a carefully selected combination of Rakau Amplifire, Hallertau Blanc, Hüll Melon, and Galaxy varieties. This unique blend infuses the beer with a layered aroma and flavor, characterized by notes of ripe tropical fruit, white grapes, and crisp citrus.

The grain bill consisting of barley malt, wheat, and oats builds a beautifully full and smooth body with a characteristically hazy appearance and a velvety texture. The overall profile is pleasantly rounded with a perfectly integrated bitterness that does not overshadow the vibrant fruitiness. It is an ideal choice for all fans of the New England IPA style who look for maximum aromatic impact and high drinkability.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, WHEAT, OATS, hops (Rakau Amplifire, Hallertau Blanc, Hüll Melon, Galaxy), yeast.
