Two years of barrel aging have bestowed this Imperial Porter with extraordinary depth and a noble character. The recipe relies on a precise ratio of two types of barrels, with a dominant 70% influenced by Cognac and the remaining 30% complemented by the structure of Bulgarian oak. During this long maturation period, the beer naturally evolved, acquiring a complex texture and a multi-layered profile where the power of the imperial style meets the refinement of a premium spirit.

The bouquet is captivating and concentrated, with clear traces of dark chocolate, vanilla, and dried fruit, complemented by a subtle woody undertone. On the palate, it displays a full, viscous body where notes of roasted malts, caramel, and noble Cognac take centre stage. Despite its strength, the liquid feels harmonious and velvety, with the oak providing a solid structure and delicate tannins.
