The intense aroma of roasted cocoa and spices instantly introduces this Mexican-inspired specialty, named after the local slang term for something truly awesome. Brewery Sibeeria packed this massive dark base with 20 kg of roasted Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, paired with vanilla, cinnamon, and a generous load of Ancho chili peppers.

On the palate, rich chocolate and vanilla sweetness meet nuanced notes of smoked plums imparted by the Ancho chilies. The result is a full-bodied, complex Imperial Stout featuring a subtle, warming spicy kick that creates a remarkably smooth finish.
