Black Sherry BA is a bold and layered Imperial Stout aged for twelve months in sherry barrels. A rich malt composition — from Munich to deeply roasted specialties — forms an opaque black body with a naturally dense texture. The aroma blends dark chocolate, roasted coffee, vanilla and a subtle nutty edge from the walnut flavouring.

Barrel ageing introduces refined notes of dried fruit, caramel and gentle oak. The flavour unfolds in waves of bittersweet chocolate, earthy nuttiness and warming sherry accents reminiscent of figs and raisins. The finish is long, silky and warming, with a vinous elegance characteristic of stouts matured in fortified-wine casks. Black Sherry BA is a dessert-like, contemplative beer designed to be savoured slowly.
