Reservoir Dogs Foras 2020 750ml

Reservoir Dogs Foras 2020 | Wild Ale

Foras 2020 is a special sour beer matured in wooden barrels with indigenous yeasts from the Fedora vineyard. The beer is then bottle-conditioned with grape must from the Zelen variety, creating a subtle fruity character and refreshing tartness. The aroma is complex, highlighting wine notes complemented by gentle fruity undertones that awaken the senses.

On the palate, it balances mild sweetness with vibrant fruitiness and a gentle tartness, delivering a harmonious drinking experience. The long finish reveals delicate wood and grape flavors, adding depth and sophistication. Foras 2020 is perfect for lovers of wild ales and sour beers seeking unique and memorable flavor profiles.
