Reservoir Dogs Baal 2019 750ml

Reservoir Dogs Baal 2019 | Wild Ale

Baal 2019 is a Slovenian wild ale from the Wine Side Story series, combining beer with Rebula grape berries. Aged in wooden barrels with indigenous yeast from the Movia winery, it develops a strong wine-like aroma with sour balsamic undertones and subtle caramel hints.

On the palate, Baal 2019 has a light body that balances its pronounced grape character, creating a refreshing and complex experience. The beer showcases the natural tartness from the grapes and a gentle oaky nuance from barrel aging. Ideal for fans of experimental and sour styles, it highlights the fusion of beer and wine in every sip.

Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, WHEAT malt, hops, yeast.
