Brewed using a unique, 150-year-old Estonian winter rye variety named Sangaste, it yields a rich viscosity and profound toasty depth.

The beer matured slowly in pristine Scottish whisky casks sourced from the boutique Edradour distillery, imparting elegant layers of floral honey, aromatic heather, vanilla, and charred oak.
