A special celebration of the Baltic Porter style crafted by the Estonian masters at Põhjala! This rich Imperial Baltic Porter was brewed to mark Baltic Porter Day 2025, elevated by the unique addition of traditional bison grass.

The aroma is intensely aromatic, leading with notes of vanilla, rich chocolate, cocoa, alongside herbal and minty hints from the bison grass. On the palate, a full-bodied yet drier-style profile unfolds with a sweet-bitter balance of dark chocolate, tonka bean, and subtle cherry-smoked rye malt. The long, dry finish brings forward dried dark berries and a lingering, comfortably warm alcoholic glow. Põhjala Baltic Porter Day 2025 is a complex and deeply layered masterpiece.
