This exclusive Imperial Stout from the Pinta Barrel Brewing division arrives as a celebration of the project's fifth anniversary. It is an exceptionally complex special that aged for 14 to 18 months in a carefully selected blend of Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey bourbon barrels, cognac barrels, and Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels. The 30° Plato base provides a beer with a thick, oily texture that harmonized with the notes of fine spirits and wine during the long aging process in wood.

To mark this anniversary, the highest standards were set when selecting adjuncts. The flavor profile is defined by a combination of roasted and fresh coconut from Indonesia, specialty coffee beans from Brazil, and cocoa beans from Ecuador and the Dominican Republic. The composition is completed by carefully selected vanilla pods from Costa Rica and Papua New Guinea.
