A bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout conditioned on cacao and cardamom. It opens with rich layers of dark chocolate, caramel, toffee and warm bourbon character, creating a deep and indulgent aroma.

The flavour is lush, smooth and complex, weaving together cacao depth, gentle cardamom spice and a rounded sweetness from barrel aging. The finish is long, warming and silky, with notes of oak, bourbon and bittersweet chocolate. A decadent, contemplative stout crafted for slow appreciation.
