Lindemans Kriek is a traditional Belgian lambic enriched with fresh, tart cherries, giving it a vibrant red color and a slightly cloudy appearance. The aroma is bright and fruity, with the fresh scent of cherries complemented by the gentle tartness characteristic of lambic. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied, perfectly balanced taste between sweet and sour, offering a refreshing and indulgent cherry experience in every sip.

The production process involves macerating 25% fresh cherry juice in lambic aged for at least one year, followed by brief fermentation and pasteurization to preserve its fresh flavor and prevent bottle pressure. Lindemans Kriek pairs beautifully with bread topped with cottage cheese and herbs, terrines, or the traditional Flemish carbonade, enhancing the flavors of each dish.
