Lindemans Faro is a traditional Belgian lambic that perfectly balances spontaneous fermentation with the gentle sweetness of added sugar syrup. This amber-colored lambic matures for one year in oak casks, developing depth and complexity, before being enhanced with syrup to create a harmonious blend of tart and sweet flavors. On the palate, it reveals a pleasantly full sweetness with a crisp, tangy-sweet finish, making it refreshing and highly drinkable.
