High Seas is a bold, sophisticated Baltic Porter aged for 10 months in Port Wine barrels. The extended maturation infuses the beer with rich layers of dark fruit, chocolate and warming alcohol, while the port casks contribute elegant wine-like depth and soft tannic structure. The aroma reveals notes of raisin, plum, caramel and roasted malt.

On the palate, expect a complex interplay of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, dried berries and subtle grape sweetness.
