An exclusive, highly limited collaboration between two global craft beer icons—Belgium's 3 Fonteinen and Denmark's Mikkeller. This exceptional Fruit Lambic comes in at 6.5% ABV and is brewed annually to honor Polly, daughter of Mikkeller founder Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, who personally helped shape the concept among the barrels at 3 Fonteinen. With an extremely small release of just 646 bottles produced worldwide, it stands as a true collector's rarity.

The foundation of this unpasteurized specialty relies on 100% organic, locally sourced, hand-picked strawberries (Aardbei) macerated on a two-year-old lambic. The entire barrel-aging process lasted over 19 months in wooden casks. Expect a refined balance of ripe strawberries, vibrant wild acidity, subtle woody notes from the oak barrels, and a dry, remarkably complex finish.
