This premium Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine represents the pinnacle of patience and precise winemaking in the Rioja region. The grapes were hand-harvested into small containers and processed with maximum emphasis on preserving the purity of the terroir. Following initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent blending, the wine underwent the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Its exceptional character and depth were acquired through thirty months of lees aging in the natural coolness of underground cellars.

The appearance captivates with a pale yellow colour and fine, persistent bubbles, reflecting its long maturation. The nose is fresh yet complex, combining aromas of stone fruit and white flowers with tertiary notes of dried fruits and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, the effervescence feels smooth and creamy, creating a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and elegant maturity. The finish is deep and delicate, with a mineral and slightly saline background that invites another sip.

Serving: at 6 – 8 °C, with oysters, seafood, or as a festive aperitif.
